ENROLLMENT FEE
The enrollment fee is $15.00 per student, with a $45.00 maximum fee per
family.
TUITION
Monthly tuition is due on the first dance day of the month.
Accounts are past due after the 10th of the month.
Make checks payable to Miss Micki's School of Dance.
Place checks in tuition box.

RETURNED CHECKS
A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
MONTHLY RATES
Total number of classes per week, per immediate family:
45 minutes per week $40 per month
1 hour per week $45 per month
1 1/2 hours per week $65 per month
2 hours per week $75 per month
3 hours per week $100 per month
Each additional hour is $25 per month.
Please note: No refunds will be given for missed or unused classes, illness, holidays,
vacations, or snow days. Tuition is the same during months with holidays as there is no extra
charge for those months with 5 weeks. If you pay by the class, the cost is
$25.00 per hour.
WITHDRAWALS
A one-month notice is required to discontinue any class. A withdrawal form
must also be signed to discontinue class. No withdrawals will be accepted after
March 1st, 2010.
ABSENCES
Students are asked to call the studio if they are unable to attend class.
All absences may be made up. Check with your instructor to schedule an appropriate time.
RECITAL
The Recital will be held the 28th of May, 2010.
Participation in the recital is voluntary. It is a wonderful opportunity for students
to show family and friends what they have learned throughout the year and receive well-deserved
applause for their efforts. Recital fee: $60 per family (no ticket sales)
COSTUMES
Costume fees range from $35.00 to $50.00 per costume. A deposit of $25.00
per costume is due by November 1st, and the balance is due by January 10, 2010.
*There are no refunds for recital or costume fees.
CLASS ATTIRE
Students may wear any color leotard, tights, leggings, dance pants, or
any dance specific apparel. No jeans or shorts.
Ballet: Pink ballet shoes for girls/ black for boys
Tap: Children wear black flats/Adults wear black oxfords
Children's Jazz: Black split-sole oxfords
Teen/Adult Jazz: Black split-sole oxfords or dance sneakers
Hip Hop: Dance Sneakers
Modern: Foot thong/ foot mitten
Hair should be pulled back away from the face.
Please check with Miss Micki for correct shoes for each class.
Please mark all shoes with student's name.
IMPORTANT DATES

Fall Break: October 14, 15, 16, 17
Thanksgiving: November 25, 26, 27, 28
Winter Break: December 21-January 3
Spring Break: March 15-20
Dress Rehearsal: May 27, 2010
Recital: May 28, 2010
Holidays and Snow Days: The studio follows the Tulsa Public School schedule for
most holidays
and snow days. If schools close or let our early due to bad weather, we will not have class.
Please call the studio if the weather conditions are questionable.
MINI PROGRAMS
During the year the younger students will perform short programs for
parents, grandparents and friends. Bring your cameras! Refreshment sign up
sheets will be posted in the studio prior to the party dates.
PHOTOGRAPHER
A photographer comes to the studio in early May to take individual and group
pictures of the dancers in their costumes. Purchase of these photographs is
optional and payment is made directly to the photographer when ordered.
RECITAL VIDEO
Each year Miss Micki hires a professional videographer to video the recital.
Purchase of the video is strictly optional and payment is made directly to the
video company.
TROPHIES
At the each of the dance year, students are given trophies for perfect attendance.
Each student is allowed to miss two classes, for whatever reason and still receive their award.
Trophies are for students who have attended the entire dance year.
